Congressional District 6 Forum.
Now that this district forms a giant "C" it takes in communities from as far north as Arlington Heights and Palatine and goes west and south to swing back and cover Carol Stream, Wheaton and Glen Ellyn. There are three democrats running in March 20 primary to take on incumbent Peter Roskam in the fall.

Clean Air Act: Past, Present and Future.
Amy Ochalski and Chris Lackner from the American Lung Association of Greater Chicago will speak about ALA's "Healthy Air Campaign" which mirrors the "Clean Air Promise" campaign started last year by LWV US. Both organizations main focus is on protecting the EPA and it's Clean Air Act. Earth Day 2012 is Saturday, 4/21/12, so the topic is very timely.
